We are pleased to announce that today, December 15th, 2021, Reagens and Evans Chemetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bruno Bock, arrived to the final agreement under which Reagens USA is acquiring Evans Chemetics’ Thioester Business, which consists of the Evanstab® family of secondary antioxidants products.
We are extremely pleased to announce that, as from April 1st 2021, Andrew Taylor will be joining the team at Reagens UK Ltd in the position of Business Development Manager. Andrew has over two decades of experience within the PVC industry and a well recognised knowledge of rigid PVC formulating and processing.
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Gianluca Sarti has joined Reagens SpA as its new PVC stabilisers R&D manager. Gianluca has a deep experience in this area, and he is well known in our market. We wish him a long and successful career within Reagens and we are sure that his contribution will make the Reagens group even stronger.

We want to reconfirm that Reagens SpA, being a chemical company located in Emilia Romagna, is currently fully in production, according to the measures introduced by the Italian Prime Minister's Decree have effects from 23 March 2020 until 3 April 2020, because the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Rubber and Plastics industry are considered essential sectors.
