| 22.06.2011 On 22nd June 2011 European PVC industry launched VinylPlus |
| On 22 June 2011, the European Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) industry launched VinylPlus – a new voluntary commitment to enhance the sustainable production and use of PVC by 2020. The initiative follows the success of the Vinyl 2010 programme which revolutionised the PVC value chain in Europe between 2000-2010 through significant advances in waste management, stakeholder engagement and responsible use of additives.
VinylPlus is even more ambitious than its predecessor in terms of targets and scope. It looks to build on the achievements of Vinyl 2010 by aiming for a quantum leap in recycling rates, technological innovation and stakeholder engagement over the next decade.
In creating the new VinylPlus programme, the industry has chosen to work in an open process of extensive stakeholder dialogue, involving industry, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), regulators, public officials and users of PVC. It has also benefitted from the critical guidance of The Natural Step (TNS), an international NGO at the forefront of research and dialogue on sustainable development.

| 14.06.2011 31.05.2011 BS OHSAS 18001 certification for all Reagens Group European locations |
| We are very glad to announce that Reagens SpA, located in San Giorgio di Piano, Bologna, has achieved the certification from Certiquality of its HSE Management System according to BS OHSAS 18001 standard, on 31.05.2011. We are particularly proud for this important achievement also because it comes just after the certification obtained by Reagens Deutschland for the two German sites (certified by DQS). This means that all the European locations of Reagens Group are now BS OHSAS 18001 certified, by that further confirming the high value that we assign to be capable not only to produce additives with high quality standards and rich of innovative solutions, but also in sites which can grant an excellent standard as to health and safety at work. | 23.03.2011 OHSAS ISO 18001 certification for Reagens Group German sites |
| Reagens Group is proud to announce that both facilities of Reagens Deutschland GmbH, located in Lohne and in Loxstedt, have achieved the certification of their HSE Management System according to OHSAS ISO 18001 standard, on 16.03.2011.
This very important aknowledgement, certified by DQS, is a further confirmation of the high value that Reagens Group assign to safety as it is given to companies who have proved they can grant an excellent standard as to health and safety at work, through the control and management of the risks related to work activities.
It is then no coincidence that in Loxstedt no accidents have occurred for over 80 months.

| 11.11.2009 Reagens will appeal against Commission's decision |
| The Commission of the European Union decided today to fine a number of Heat Stabiliser producers, including Reagens SpA, for participation in a price fixing and quota sharing cartel during the 1990s.
Reagens considers that, in respect to itself, the Commission's decision is incorrect and will challenge it in the European Court of First Instance in Luxembourg. The Commission, as far as Reagens is concerned, has made grave mistakes both in relation to the facts and the way this case has been investigated. Reagens believes that the decision will be overturned showing that Reagens is a fair and strong competitor in the market place. |
